Private Label Process: Step by Step

1. Artwork Preparation

You provide: logo (AI/EPS), barcode (EAN/UPC), box artwork (AI/CDR/PDF). Box template will be provided by SUNWRAP for your designer. See our custom OEM cling film page for available base products.

2. Plate Making & Sampling

• Printing plates for film: 3-5 working days
• Color box printing plates: 5-7 working days
• Pre-production samples (film + box): 10-12 working days
• Cost: $150–500 total setup (plates only, charged once)

3. Production

• Standard lead time: 20–25 days after sample approval
• Each batch uses the same plates — no recurring setup costs
• Minimum order: Same as base product MOQ (3,000–5,000 boxes)
