Specifications
PVC jumbo rolls run 8–15 µm thick; PE jumbo rolls run 9–20 µm thick. Standard slit widths are 250, 300, 380, 450, 500 mm — custom widths up to 1500 mm are routine on request. Roll lengths are typically 2000, 3000 or 5000 m per jumbo. Cores are 3-inch ID as standard for professional rewinders; 1.5-inch and 1-inch cores are available for specific machines. Roll weights range from ~25 to ~45 kg depending on width, length and gauge. Rolls are stretch-wrapped in PE and stacked on export pallets; separate carton packing is available on request.

Manufacturing and quality control
Our jumbo rolls come off the same extrusion lines, in the same food-grade cleanroom, as our retail product — there is no separate “bulk-quality” line. Incoming resin is batch-tested, extrusion is monitored in-line for thickness uniformity and clarity, and finished jumbo rolls are weighed, measured and inspected before palletizing. Retained samples are archived against every export lot for at least 12 months.

Jumbo rolls ship under HS code 3920.43 / 3920.49 (PVC) or 3920.10 (PE). Default FOB Ningbo; CIF and CFR quotations available. Our plant is about 40 km from Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, and a 20GP container can typically be loaded within 24–48 hours of a release instruction.
